Round Trip Discount
Any customer reservation that qualifies for a round trip discount will receive the return discount only if the return portion of travel is booked and reserved on or before the same day as the first leg of travel.
Child Car Seat or Booster Seat
Washington State Law requires any child to sit in a car or booster seat until the age of 8 or 4 feet 9 inches tall. Babies are also required to ride in a rear-facing car seat until they are 1 year old and weigh 20 pounds. Upon request, Capital Aeroporter will supply a car or booster seat to comply with state requirements at no additional charge. Please mention at time of booking.
Storm and Inclement Conditions
It is our purpose to maintain scheduled times and locations whenever possible. Safety is our primary factor. Inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, holidays, traffic and other uncontrollable circumstances may affect our operations. Our website will be updated with the most current information during these periods.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer that is potentially disruptive to the enjoyment and safety of other customers and our drivers, as well as those customer who are apparently under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
